Shen Yun Performing Arts impress

Shen Yun Performing Arts impressed audience members at Jones Hall in Houston, Texas.

[Barbara Henson, Inspirational Writer]:
“The beauty of the music and the dance, the movement, and the fabric. Everything. It’s an expression of life and hope and beauty.”

Clive Gardner has wanted to see the performance for a few years.

[Clive Gardner, Realtor]:
“I’m learning a lot tonight and it’s an absolutely magnificent performance so I hope you will be back because I will be too.”

[Fiona Cunningham, Director of a Non-Profit Organization]:
“The beauty and the happiness. And the smiles on everyone. I really enjoyed that too.”

[Alan Thomas, Consultant]:
“I guess I didn’t realize that traditional Chinese classical dance was so complicated, and more or just as complicated as ballet apparently. I didn’t realize that but I definitely have a new-found sense of appreciation for the performers.”

[Kelly Bourgeois, Physician and Artist]:
“I loved the spiritual message. About good versus evil which is a conflict which is timeless. So it really tied together the ancient culture with the modern culture.”

[Avinash, Project Manager for a Computer Company]:
“It almost seems like the Chinese people are fighting to get that freedom back now.”

[Jose Rodriguez, Orthopedic Surgeon]:
“Fantastic. It’s like you said, 5000 years of culture, we are not aware of it, and through this performing arts we learn a lot from it.”
