An Australian based company has entered the market with an amazing piece of software entitled “Dancebiz”.

Dancebiz includes the ability to manage your class schedules daily, weekly and also by teacher. You can quickly view your class sizes, attendance lists, capacity levels and then view that data visually using their graph like reporting feature set. The best thing about this software though is it’s ability to manage and send accounts quickly and seamlessly to your customers. You can even remind your customers/students via SMS if a class is unexpectedly cancelled.

For new studio owners in a growth phase the software is perfect because as your student levels grow so does your cost per month. The tiered pricing structure is fair and includes all upgrades and support. The software is accessible online so you can monitor your business whilst at home or on leave if you are that way inclined. Our only concern is that it does not integrate with MYOB or Quickbooks at the moment, however we have been told it will be coming soon.
